AMV Contest Rules

AMVs submitted for the contest must abide by the following rules:

AMVs may not exceed 5 minutes in length.
AMVs must be kept at a maximum of PG-13. This means no hentai, excessively foul language, or excess gore.

AMV Submission:
AMVs may be submitted into the following categories:

- Action
       AMVs that get our blood pumping. Running, gunning, and explosions, baby!
- Comedy
       AMVs that make us laugh! This category can include AMVs set to funny songs or comedian standup.
- Romance
       The AMVs that melt our hearts and celebrate the relationships between our favorite anime characters.
- Drama
       These AMVs are intense and keep us on the edge of our seats. If you really want us to feel for the story, your AMV goes here.
- Parody
       AMVs that parody another source. Movie trailers, commercials, etc.
- Fun/Other
       AMVs that are just fun or don't seem to belong anywhere else. A dance AMV would be a good example.
- My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic / PMV
       Special Category! This is a MLP:FiM AMV category that can include any category above!

- All AMVs must be at least 75% set to music. The only exceptions to this rule are AMVs in the Parody, Comedy, and PMV categories.

- You may enter one AMV per category, meaning you can submit up to a total of six AMVs, provided they are in separate categories.

- AMVs will be judged by the audience for a winner in each category.
** NOTE : You MUST be present at the end of the AMV Contest to claim your prize.

- Please remove any credits before or after the AMV.

- All AMVs must be received by Sunday 11:59 pm CST, January 29th, 2012.
